I have always had a love for animals from a young age. I grew up on a farm and have had dogs my whole life. German Shepherds were my breed of choice up until about 3 years ago, when I lost my best friend Houston.  After we lost my dear Houston, my husband George and I decided it was time to welcome a new member to our family. We researched breeds together and decided to try a different breed this time. We visited an English Springer Spaniel breeder about 3 hours away to meet our new addition. While we are at the breeder looking at a little boy, the breeder had put a little girl that was available in the basket as well. We couldn’t resist so we decided to take both.

I love to spend time doing a lot of different training activities with my pets. Hugo loves Agility and Rally-O and Helena loves to spend most of her time outside running around with her ball.  My husband and I also love to travel. So far our favorite place to visit is the Caribbean.

I have over 20 years of experience in customer service and I love working with clients and being able to assist with their questions and concerns regarding their pets.  When a position became available here at Upper Canada Animal Hospital I couldn’t think of a better opportunity and place for me to be able to continue my career as a Client Care Specialist.  I look forward to meeting new clients and their fur babies every day.
